The Root of Being: a journey inward through restoratives.
25 hour Speciality Teacher Training

Suitable for practitioners wanting to dive deeper into the art of restoratives, teachers wanting this specialty and those considering the teaching journey. 

Over the course of 25 hours of training, we’ll explore  a wide range of restorative yoga poses that emphasize deep relaxation, proper alignment, and mindful use of props. The experience will also focus on creating safe, supportive postures that allow the body to release tension while calming the nervous system. Through hands-on practice and guided instruction, you will walk away with a deeper understanding of how to sequence poses, adapt them for different needs, and hold space for rest, healing, and renewal. 

Students will receive 25 hr certification through the Canadian Yoga Alliance.

Soundbath

A one hour deeply restorative session designed to soothe your nervous system , quiet the mind and realign your energy. Guided by Sanativesoundbath, a skilled breathwork and sound healing practitioner, you’ll be gently led into a state of calm and presence. A short grounding breathwork or meditation to begin, lying down in a cozy space as the soundbath unfolds.

A rich tapestry of tones and vibrations to support emotional release and energetic reset.

Thai Massage Couples Workshop

In this workshop you can expect to enjoy deep relaxation and tension relief as you learn simple techniques from the tradition of Thai Massage.

Our focus will be a total body relaxation experience in which you  will develop skills to effectively communicate that it is safe to trust and just let go through healing touch.

While this workshop is intended for couples it is open to all pairs of people who want to learn to find balance in giving and receiving.
