Irwin

INSTRUCTOR

Irwin began his journey in fitness in 2012 as a group fitness instructor. What started as curiosity led him to his first yoga class in 2014, opening the door to a deeper exploration of movement, breath, and the mind-body connection. Over time, yoga evolved from a personal practice into a lasting passion and a meaningful part of his life.

With over 800 hours of Yoga Teacher Training (YTT), Irwin has explored a range of disciplines, including Ashtanga Vinyasa, Power Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative Yoga. He has also completed formal training in the Kest Lineage — The Seven Doorways of Vinyasa — under the guidance of Jonah Kest. This approach weaves together breath, rhythm, and intelligent movement to develop strength, creativity, awareness, and flow.

Beyond yoga, Irwin is trained in STOTT PILATES® matwork and reformer, as well as Total Barre, expanding his approach to movement through a combination of strength, stability, alignment, control, and dynamic, full-body conditioning.

Drawing from his diverse training and experience, Irwin creates classes that balance challenge with intention, encouraging students to explore their potential, move with greater awareness, and build a deeper connection with themselves — both on and off the mat.
