INSTRUCTOR

Roman has completed around 2,500 hours of professional training. His education includes five yoga teacher training programs, a 650-hour yoga therapy course, a 600-hour sports therapy program, numerous seminars on yoga and yoga therapy, as well as courses in massage, manual therapy, and freediving.

Over the years, he has spoken at several “Science and Yoga” conferences and participated in a research expedition to the Himalayas focused on the study of Tummo yoga.

Roman teaches group classes, offers private yoga therapy sessions, and leads educational seminars and certification programs. In 2012, he opened his first yoga studio, and in 2016, he founded a yoga teacher training school.

His mission is simple: to help people live happier, healthier lives.

Roman sees yoga as a universal tool for optimizing one’s body, mind, and inner state, offering practical support for both physical and emotional well-being.

Roman’s classes often include strength-focused work, as he sees it as essential for long-term health. At the same time, he emphasizes precise alignment, anatomical awareness, and adaptation to each student’s individual needs, ensuring that every practice is safe, meaningful, and genuinely transformative.
