Swati Gaur

INSTRUCTOR

Born and raised in India, Swati was introduced to yoga through regular practice at a local temple, where it became a source of grounding, resilience, and inner peace during life's many challenges. Today, as a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) and traditional sound healing practitioner, she is passionate about sharing the timeless wisdom of yoga beyond the mat.

Her classes weave together asana (movement), pranayama (breathwork), and dhyana (meditation), creating a space where students can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and cultivate presence. Rooted in traditional yogic philosophy, Swati invites students to experience yoga not just as a physical practice, but as a way of living with greater awareness, balance, and compassion.
