Talya

INSTRUCTOR

Talya Mozer is a certified yoga teacher, sports therapist, and educator with years of hands-on experience. She has completed over 1,500 hours of professional training. Her background includes 200- and 500-hour yoga teacher trainings, a 600-hour sports therapy course, training in massage, kinesiology taping, manual therapy, and participation in a scientific research expedition on Tummo Yoga in the Himalayas.

Talya has been teaching group and private yoga classes, offering rehabilitation-based practices, and leading seminars and yoga teacher training programs. She is also the creator and host of the YogaBanda educational project on YouTube and Instagram.

Her mission is to help people feel better, stronger, and more at ease in their bodies and minds. She sees yoga as a universal and accessible tool for building strength, calming the mind, and supporting personal balance.

Talya’s classes often include strength-based elements, as she sees them as a necessary foundation for long-term health. Her teaching always emphasizes precision, anatomical awareness, and individual adaptation, ensuring that each student can practice safely, effectively, and with presence.
